How to delete your data

Service: Usatek AI receptionist demo.

You can ask us to delete the data from your conversations with the demo (messages, calls and appointments) at any time.

How to request it

1. Send an email to info@usatek.eu with the subject "Data deletion".
2. Tell us the day and approximate time you used the demo and the name you gave for the appointment. If you called by phone, also give the number you called from (with the international code).

Timeframe

We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request and confirm the deletion by email.

In addition, as this is a demo, all data is deleted regularly and never kept for more than 30 days.
