Demo privacy

Service: demo of Usatek's AI receptionist, a demonstration assistant that manages the appointments of a fictional barbershop by chat and by voice call.

1. Data we process

• The content of the messages you type or dictate in the demo chat.
• If you use the voice call, the audio of the conversation and its transcript. If you call the demo phone number, also the number you call from.
• Appointment details: the name you give for the booking, the date, the time and the service.
• A random chat session ID, stored in your browser only while the tab is open.

This is a demo with fictional data: please don't type or say real personal data.

2. Purpose

We use this data only to reply to your messages and to manage (check, create, change or cancel) appointments within this demo. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

3. Data processors

• The provider of the AI model that generates the replies, which receives the text of the conversation to process it.
• Vapi, the service that handles the voice call (audio, speech recognition and speech synthesis).
• The hosting provider of the demo servers.

4. Retention

As this is a demo, data is deleted regularly and kept for a maximum of 30 days.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to its processing, or request its portability, by writing to info@usatek.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
