Shop demo privacy

Service: demo of Usatek's AI assistant for shops, which chats with the customers of a fictional shop ("Deportes Demo").

What data is processed

• The text of the messages you type in the chat.
• If you place a test order or ask to talk to a person, the name, contact details and address you give.
• A random conversation ID, stored in your browser only while the tab is open.

This is a demo with fictional data: please don't enter real personal data.

Purpose

Only to reply to your messages within the demo. It is not used for advertising or shared with third parties, except the provider of the AI model that generates the replies and the hosting provider.

How long

Demo data is deleted regularly and kept for a maximum of 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to info@usatek.eu. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
