Free consultation: frequently asked questions

Is the consultation really free?

Yes. The 30-minute session has no cost and no commitment. If you then want to go ahead with a project, we prepare a separate proposal with features, timeline and budget.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. Just tell us how you work today, which tasks take up most of your time or what idea you have in mind. We take care of turning that into technology options.

What should I prepare before the session?

A short list of the processes or ideas you want to review. Examples (sample documents, screenshots of the tools you use or apps you like as a reference) help you get the most out of the 30 minutes.

What happens to the information I share?

We use it only to prepare and run the consultation, and we do not share it with third parties. If you need to, we can sign a confidentiality agreement before the session.

Do you work with companies outside Spain?

Yes. We work from Getxo for clients all over the world: the session is a video call, so we run it with companies in any country.
